Our work together starts with a consultation to become familiar with each other, the project specifics, and the process of working together. Consultations take a variety of focuses and formats and typically last between 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on the needs and goals of the client, and size of property or project. For some clients a consultation is all that is needed to help them keep going with their projects, for others the consultation is just the launching point. The Ecological Design process is applied to creating effective programs to achieve specific outcomes for a site, group, or purpose. Program Development can take several forms and include multiple components such as proposal writing, research, strategic partnerships, pilot programs, budget development, and specific content, guidelines, processes, and/or documents. Ecological Design provides a comprehensive and strategic process for effectively assessing, visioning, planning, implementing, and evaluating appropriate technologies and strategies to accomplish project goals. Education is a foundation to the work of terrasophia. Our goal to bring out and enhance the capacity of each individual and group is woven throughout our service offerings. From consultations and coaching, to classes, presentations, and programs, terrasophia strives to make access to knowledge and skills available to everybody in ways that are practical and readily applicable.

Experienced Project Management provides clients the opportunity to ensure a project is carried out in the most effective way. Terrasophia inspires and empowers the people involved in a project to work collaboratively and effectively to achieve project goals. Part of good Project Management is careful monitoring and evaluation of activities and outcomes to provide valuable feedback about the project to support on-going decision making. Our Project Management service is useful in orchestrating multiple sub-contractors, building the capacity of your existing crew, or providing personable leadership to "do-it-yourselfers" and their friends.
